We are currently seeking an experienced and empathetic Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team and support patients’ mental health and well-being.

Job Summary

The Psychiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and helping prevent mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders in patients. The ideal candidate will have a patient-centered approach and strong communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with other medical professionals within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor medications, ensuring patient safety and effectiveness.
• Provide psychotherapy or refer patients to appropriate therapy services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborate with psychologists, counselors, and other healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and families about mental health, medications, and treatment options.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatry and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Specialization in Psychiatry (MD / Board Certified or equivalent).
• Valid UAE MOH/DHA/DOH license or eligibility for the same.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in clinical psychiatry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused approach.
