Psychologist

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Psychologist to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals experiencing emotional, mental, behavioral, and psychological challenges. The Psychologist will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, conduct psychological assessments, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client wellbeing and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Diagnose emotional, behavioral, and mental health conditions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and confidential patient records.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions when necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Prepare psychological reports and professional recommendations.
• Support mental health awareness and patient education initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with professional ethics, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies

Qualification and Requirements

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare or counseling setting.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience .
• Valid QCHP license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
