Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Location: International City – Greece Cluster, Dubai
Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced PRO with strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and all government procedures. The candidate will handle company documentation, visa processing and coordination with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employee visa processing, renewals and cancellations
• Manage labor cards, Emirates ID and medical processes
• Submit and follow up with MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Economic Department, etc.
• Prepare and type all Arabic and English letters and applications
• Maintain records of company licenses and renewals
• Represent company in government offices when required
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies

Requirements

• Must have valid UAE Driving License
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government procedures
• Proven PRO experience in UAE
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• PRO Work: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Arabic (Required)

License/Certification:

• Drive License (Required)
