Qualified nurse (Female Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and facility policies.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when necessary.
• Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
