Modern Aestheticss Dermatology & Laser Clinic is a leading aesthetic clinic on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, offering world-class dermatology and aesthetic treatments in a premium, client-first environment. We are expanding our team and looking for a polished, professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued clients.

Role Overview

As the face of Modern Aestheticss, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, seamless, and professional front-desk experience. You will manage appointment scheduling, handle client inquiries, and ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with a premium, hospitable manner
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations via clinic management software
• Answer inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries professionally
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure on-time patient flow
• Process payments, invoices, and receipts accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and patient records
• Handle client feedback and escalate where necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of receptionist or front-desk experience in a clinic, hospital, hotel, or luxury retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Professional appearance and confident, warm demeanor
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Experience with clinic or appointment management software is an advantage
• Currently based in the UAE
