Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our growing manpower recruitment team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions across the UAE.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate with overseas recruitment partners and agencies.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate documentation.
• Maintain recruitment records and hiring updates.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment (blue-collar recruitment preferred).
• Knowledge of UAE manpower recruitment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
