Freelance Recruiter – Hospitality Sector (Kuwait-Based Only)

Commission: 10% on Net Invoice

We are seeking a Kuwait-based freelance recruiter to support us in sourcing top talent for a new hospitality/restaurant project. The ideal freelancer should have a strong local network, experience in hospitality hiring, and the ability to deliver quality profiles quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for various hospitality and restaurant positions.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients.
• Provide timely updates and maintain professional communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kuwait.
• Experience in hospitality/restaurant recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong local talent network.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Compensation

• 10% commission on the net invoice for each successful placement.
• Transparent and fast payment process.
• Please ignore any amount mentioned on the job posting, as the 10% commission is calculated based on different positions with varying salary packages.
• The final commission amount will change depending on the role and salary level.
