Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for a Recruiting Admin at Perfect Doctors Clinic. The Recruiting Admin will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the clinic. The Recruiting Admin will also be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for medical and non medical positions, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with employee retention strategies is a plus
• Salary Range 5000 AED - 6000 AED
