Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in home healthcare to join our growing healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity of care while maintaining professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in health status to physicians.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management and home care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Follow infection control protocols and healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid Registered Nurse license (DHA / eligibility preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of home healthcare nursing experience .
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
