Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Al Khobar. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and other health care professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and educating patients and families on health care plans and preventive measures. The nurse will ensure adherence to safety protocols and hospital standards while delivering compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including patient care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs
• Proficiency in medical documentation, maintaining accurate patient records, and utilizing healthcare management systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Knowledge of infection control, safety standards, and adherence to healthcare regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification
• Valid professional nursing license and certification recognized in Saudi Arabia
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in tertiary care
• Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
