Job Summary:
The Home Nurse / Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients at their homes. The role includes monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily medical needs, and ensuring patient comfort while following healthcare standards and protocols.They will be also responsible for Hair tranplant assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Monitor and record patient’s vital signs and health condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as mobility, hygiene, and feeding when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and healthcare routines.
- Ensure infection control and follow healthcare safety standards.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams regarding patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (DHA as applicable).
- Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
- Good communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide compassionate care.
