Job Opening – Online Orders & Delivery Coordinator (Restaurant)

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking male candidate to manage online food orders and delivery coordination for a restaurant located in a reputed shopping mall food court.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling online orders (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, etc.)
  • Coordinating with delivery riders and kitchen staff
  • Ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch
  • Basic customer communication if required
  • Maintaining order records and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Hardworking, responsible, and well-organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous restaurant or delivery platform experience is a plus
