Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Building, and Team Leadership
• Skills in Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Sales Reporting
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
