Job Title: Sales & Marketing Agent

Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 5,000 + Commission

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Agent to promote PowerB products, increase brand visibility, and drive sales across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in digital marketing, and the ability to engage diverse customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell PowerB products (automotive parts, accessories, and home products)
• Manage and grow sales through Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (social media, online ads, and offline promotions)
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Create engaging content (videos, product posts, ads) for marketing campaigns
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing (e-commerce experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills in English (Pidgin is a plus)
• Knowledge of Amazon, Noon, or other online marketplaces
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive products is an added advantage
