Sales & Customer Service Agent – Aesthetic Clinic

Salary: AED 4,500 + Commission

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Agent to join our aesthetic clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, booking appointments, following up with leads, and converting consultations into treatment bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media
• Book and confirm appointments for consultations and treatments
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to increase bookings and retention
• Explain clinic services, packages, and promotions to clients
• Support the sales process and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists regarding schedules and client needs
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate client records and follow clinic procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or aesthetic/beauty clinics is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Arabic native, Fluent in English;
• Confident in sales and client follow-up
• Presentable, organized, and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments is an advantage
