Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the UAE (Healthcare/Medical industry preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Specialist to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the UAE market, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales follow-up.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate new leads.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional business standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the UAE.
- Healthcare, medical, or corporate sales experience is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
