Sales & Support Engineer - Industrial Automation, Industrial Data Solutions Division
Location: Dammam/Khobar, Saudi Arabia
We are expanding and seeking an experienced and high-performing Sales & Support Engineer for our IDS Product Lines: Ewon, Red Lion, N-tron, and Anybus.
HMS develops and markets products and solutions within Industrial Information and Communication Technology (Industrial ICT). Our products and solutions enable industrial equipment to communicate and share information with software and systems. Professionals in the automation market trust and deploy our products to succeed in their integration projects.

Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical support provider ifor KSA, Bahrain,Qatar for HMS Networks.
- Ensure customers get pre-sale and post-sale support to take full advantage of the Anybus, Ewon, Red Lion, and N-tron product ranges from HMS Networks.
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see them to resolution; troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Work with the sales team on project planning, setting up evaluation demos, creating and validating product configurations, guiding field trials.
- Conduct on-site training for Integrators and Major End-Users; technical onboarding of Certified Channel Partners.
- Map and qualify HMS Networks product lines on major end-user vendor lists.
- Drive approvals for HMS wireless products with local wireless authorities and end users such as CITC KSA, also SASO/SABER, and Saudi Aramco, SEC, and NWC.
- Support the Market Unit Technical Services team for other regions when required.
Your profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of IIoT or Industrial Automation.
- Industrial Engineer or equivalent engineering qualification.
- Proficient English level (technical writing and speaking) with the ability to communicate clearly, Arabic language preferred.
- Knowledge of IP/serial network and PLC protocols, MQTT, OPC UA, IoT, Protocol Gateways, Industrial Routers.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel within the Middle East and to learn new technologies, networking, wireless, and IIoT applications.
- Ability to work on your own as well as a team environment: self-driven and collaborative.
- Take full accountability for actions and the role; perform well under pressure.
- Resourceful in solving problems with limited resources; develop solutions to the problems or obstacles that come up in your role.
- Strong industry network or ability to make lasting connections
Must-Have:
- Valid KSA Driver's License.
- Transferable Aqama & NOC from previous employer.
- 1 Month Notice Period.
- Personal Vehicle.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabia with EPCs, System Integrators, Distributors and End Users, O&G, Petrochem, Utilities, MFG.
- Prior experience with Industrial Automation Manufacturer.
