As a Senior Account Executive, you will work across some of the world's most recognised and desirable brands, particularly within the travel, hospitality and fashion space. This is a fast-paced, exciting role suited to someone with energy, curiosity and a genuine passion for media, influencers, project management and delivering standout events and initiatives.

You will play a key role in bringing brand stories to life, while maintaining the highest standards of client service and execution.

What you'll do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and consistently demonstrating a commitment to high-quality client service.
  • Proactively identify client needs and develop strategic recommendations to achieve their communication goals and build their brand.
  • Build and cultivate strong media and influencer contacts across the consumer, hospitality, luxury, travel, fashion and lifestyle space. You will write media and influencer plans, pitch compelling stories, opportunities and experiences, and manage media and influencers at launches and events.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, successfully juggling and executing multiple client events and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Produce high-quality written content across different media and communication channels, with a clear understanding of variations in style, tone and content, aligned to client values.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a fun, driven, dynamic team, proactively seeking guidance and support from senior colleagues when needed.
  • Stay informed and trained on AI, exploring how it can be used within your role while adhering to WPP guidelines and best practices.

Experience that contributes to success

  • Creative flair with a passion for storytelling through media and influencers.
  • Strong understanding of the media and influencer landscape, with experience in consumer, hospitality, travel, fashion, luxury and lifestyle sectors.
  • A genuine passion for connecting with people and building relationships - with media, influencers and clients alike.
  • Keen interest in trends & brands, what's emerging, and how to leverage these opportunities for clients.
  • Proven track record of supporting client accounts, strong project management, and contributing to overall client success.
  • Ambitious, with a strong team spirit - ready to lead by example and be part of a successful, fun and energetic team.
  • UAE experience (ideally Dubai) within the consumer, hospitality, luxury, fashion, travel and lifestyle space.
  • Bilingual.
