We're looking for a talented, creative, strategic, and passionate Senior Account Manager who can offer a skillset across B2B/corporate and consumer remits and campaigns.

We are looking for someone with strong experience working with leading consumer brands, and a deep understanding of how corporate communications can work succinctly with consumer programmes.

Having a passion for what drives consumer behaviour and shapes culture is essential for this role, as you will be working with several of the world's most influential consumer brands.

What you'll do

  • Leading teams and client remits
  • Leading a busy campaign project management and press offices, overseeing as well as sometimes handling both reactive and proactive media enquiries
  • Strategic client advisory and planning
  • Maintaining relationships and building media / influencer contacts to drive client coverage
  • Reviewing and developing content
  • Creative - confident generating ideas in response to client briefs
  • Managing retainers and projects with ease, showing ability for account management from conception to completion, anticipating challenges and meeting deadlines

Experience that contributes to success

  • A passion for understanding consumers, culture, and what shapes demand
  • Strong experience working on consumer brands across corporate and consumer campaigns
  • Passionate about compelling content and working with media, influencers, and KOLs to deliver key content and messages
  • A confident client handler with the ability to share counsel
  • Ability to drive an account team, encouraging and supporting them on their journey
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with client business objectives and market trends
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing budgets, retainers, and identifying opportunities for account growth
  • Familiarity with PR measurement tools and a data-driven approach to demonstrating campaign performance and ROI
