Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team on a temporary maternity cover basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end HR operations within the healthcare sector in the UAE, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, visa processing and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles in line with DHA/DOH requirements.
  • Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Handle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new joiners.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database in line with UAE labor law.
  • Manage employee life cycle processes (transfers, promotions, confirmations, etc.).
  • Support HR audits and compliance requirements specific to the healthcare sector.

Performance Management & Engagement

  • Assist in implementing the organization’s performance management process.
  • Track goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans

Visa & PRO Coordination

  • Oversee visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with the PRO.
  • Ensure timely processing of medicals, Emirates IDs, and labor cards.

Offboarding & Exit Formalities

  • Manage resignations, clearances, and final settlements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience in the healthcare sector within the UAE.
  • Experience in Oracle is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, DHA/DOH licensing procedures, and visa regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants on their own visa and ready to join immediately are preferred
