Job Opening: Senior Receptionist – Veterinary Clinic (UAE)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our veterinary clinic team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in a veterinary clinic.
  • Proficient in EzyVet software.
  • Background in accounts or bookkeeping is an advantage.
  • Flexible with working hours and schedules.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide the reception team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome, assist, and coordinate with new and existing clients.
  • Provide accurate estimates, appointment information, and guidance on clinic services.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Lead and support the reception team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate closely with the Clinic Manager regarding urgent matters and operational concerns.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure efficient front desk administration.
