Senior Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas to strengthen our presence in the Eastern Province, based in Dammam. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep exposure to oil & gas operations, major clients, and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business development activities in the Eastern Province
• Manage key accounts with oil & gas operators, EPCs, and service providers
• Prepare and review technical proposals, RFQs, and tenders
• Coordinate closely with internal technical and commercial teams
• Forecast sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets
• Represent the company in client meetings, technical discussions, and negotiations
• Monitor competitor activities and market developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or similar)
• 4-5 years of proven sales experience in the oil & gas sector
• Strong network within Eastern Province oil & gas clients
• Solid understanding of EPC projects, contracts, and procurement processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Valid KSA driving license required
