JOB SUMMARY:
The Service Line Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the annual service line
marketing plan and individual service line strategies for the marketing department with minimal direction or support. The corporate
aim is to raise and promote awareness of the prioritized service lines within Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi amongst key stakeholders
and target audiences and ultimately to support the achievement of operational targets by generating business and awareness for
the identified priority service lines.
The Service Line Marketing Specialist will be expected to identify and target audience groups, understanding their requirements,
and raising and promoting market awareness of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s unique selling points. The Service Line Marketing
Specialist will project manage different marketing tactics (e.g. advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personnel selling and
direct marketing) to competition and will build a network of contacts that would support the project. The role will foster effective
relationship with the institutes and its leaders to advocate their requirements to the rest of the CCM team and deliver the required
campaigns to support their growth and sustainability. The role will monitor marketing performance outcomes and recommend
changes to optimize competitive position.

· SLM strategy, tactics and allocated budget, such as media buy, events, messages, call to action
· Content generated to support SLM tactics such as press releases, branding and taglines, and collaterals
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the design and implementation of the annual service line marketing plan
· Formulate service line marketing strategies based on environmental analysis, market research, competitive
analysis and operational availability.
· Serve as a liaison and consultant for Institutes in the implementation of marketing objectives
· Report back to Institute chairs on the performance of the campaigns including output and reach.
· Supports the Senior Marketing Manager in devising, planning and implementing integrated marketing
campaigns and community outreach programs.
· Works closely with CCAD partners and stakeholders to ensure synergies, cooperation and support for marketing
efforts.
· Works closely with the CCAD marketing, communications, digital, and events counterparts to drive the
implementation of marketing efforts.
· Manages agencies and suppliers, and liaise with CCAD Procurement, Legal, and Finance functions.
· Works in planning events for the community outreach.
· Lead the agencies in creating and implementing the marketing campaigns, to ensure knowledge transfer.
· Manage campaign budgets and monitor spending.
· Performs other related-duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or related field, is required
· Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or a degree in healthcare related field, is preferred
Experience · Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing is required · 2 years healthcare marketing experience
