Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for a Social Media Manager based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies, managing and maintaining social media accounts, creating and curating engaging content, optimizing platforms through SMO, and monitoring analytics to evaluate success and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaboration with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
• Excellent Writing skills, with the capability to create engaging, clear, and impactful content
• Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to refine social media strategies
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and meet deadlines independently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in managing social media in a professional, business, or agency setting is an advantage
