This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Spa Manager. The Spa Manager will oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining top-tier service. Key tasks include training and managing staff, addressing client needs, implementing effective spa management strategies, and optimizing operational budgets. Additionally, the manager will ensure compliance with standards across all skincare and treatment services offered at the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Spa Management and overseeing daily operations of a spa or wellness center.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through personalized experiences.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of spa operations to ensure profitability.
• Knowledge of Skin Care treatments, techniques, and industry standards.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Experience in team management and training is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
