Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Staff Nurse to join Oxygen Home Healthcare Center team. This role is critical in enhancing the quality of life for patients who require medical attention in a more comfortable and familiar settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes as per the care plan.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report abnormalities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
• Support wound care, mobility assistance, and other nursing procedures under supervision.
• Ensure infection control and safety measures are followed at all times.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor in nursing or related field (Preferred)
• Language: Tagalog Is A Must
• At least 2 years of proven experience in nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
