We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Stock Controller to manage inventory operations and ensure accurate stock levels within our fast-paced FMCG business. The ideal candidate must have strong inventory management experience, system knowledge, and the ability to coordinate closely with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across warehouse and distribution points
• Perform regular physical stock counts and reconciliations
• Track stock movement, shortages, damages, and discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement for replenishment planning
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Maintain proper documentation of stock transactions
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance (especially for FMCG products)
• Support sales and operations teams with stock availability updates
• Identify slow-moving or excess inventory and report accordingly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience as Stock Controller / Inventory Controller (FMCG preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE warehouse and distribution operations
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
• Strong MS Excel skills
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
