The Stockist is responsible for managing, controlling, and monitoring all clinic inventory, including medical supplies, consumables, skincare products, and equipment-related items. The role ensures stock availability at all times while preventing wastage, expiry, and misuse.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management

  • Receive, check, and record all incoming stock
  • Ensure correct quantity, quality, and batch numbers upon receipt
  • Organise and label stock properly in designated storage areas
  • Maintain accurate stock records (manual and system-based)

Inventory Control

  • Monitor daily stock usage and maintain minimum stock levels
  • Track expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed
  • Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and wastage
  • Report damaged, expired, or missing items immediately

Medical & Treatment Supplies

  • Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked before clinic operations
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists for stock requirements
  • Prepare treatment consumables as per clinic protocols
  • Ensure DHA and clinic compliance for medical stock handling

Ordering & Reporting

  • Raise purchase requests when stock reaches minimum levels
  • Maintain supplier records and delivery schedules
  • Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports for management
  • Support audits and inspections when required

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure stock rooms are locked and aware of access control
  • Prevent unauthorised use or removal of clinic stock
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and accountability
  • Follow clinic policies, DHA guidelines, and internal SOPs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
