Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of CARE Medical’s system applications and services for end-users. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather end users’ requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of solutions. The IT System implementer will also provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilization of the systems.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively manages project implementations.
  • Guide client throughout implementation to ensure best possible setup and best practice.
  • Document all actions taken during implementation and ensure all parties been informed on progress.
  • Document all testing and clines setups.
  • Log any bugs or feature request in bug and feature handling system.
  • Feedback any important user information to technical support team.

Reporting to

  • IT Technical Director

Qualifications

  • A minimum of four (4) year experience with Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related course.
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in a large hospital setting in a similar job.
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in Microsoft applications like MS Office, Access, etc.
  • Must have extensive experience in Microsoft operation systems and other products.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Exhibits excellent interpersonal communication skills
