Telesales Executive- Aesthetic Clinic
Kayla Medical & Aesthhetic Centre · Dubaï, Émirats arabes unis
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote aesthetic treatments and services.
Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, social media, or referrals.
Convert inquiries into consultations and appointments.
Clearly explain services, pricing, offers, and benefits to clients.
Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with accurate information.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing and front-desk teams to improve lead conversion.
1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales (experience in healthcare, wellness, or beauty is a plus).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (regional language is a plus).
Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
