Valet Parking Driver

The Valet Parking Attendant / Driver provides the first and last impression of care for our medical center. This role is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and occasionally transporting patients or medical center assets. Because this role operates within a healthcare environment, exceptional empathy, patience, and strict adherence to safety protocols for individuals with mobility challenges are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assistance & Greeting: Warmly welcome patients and visitors upon arrival. Assist patients-especially the elderly, injured, or those with limited mobility-safely out of their vehicles and coordinate with clinical staff if wheelchairs or further medical assistance are needed.
• Vehicle Management: Safely park, secure, and retrieve patients' and visitors' vehicles in designated parking areas. Maintain an organized key management system and document any pre-existing vehicle damage.
• Traffic Flow & Safety: Keep the medical center’s main entrance and emergency drop-off zones clear of traffic congestion to ensure ambulance and emergency vehicle access at all times.
• Driving & Shuttling Duties: Safely operate company vehicles for designated shuttle services, patient transport, or running official medical center errands as required.
• Facility Representation: Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold the medical center’s confidentiality and privacy standards (ensuring no patient information is discussed or compromised).

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid, clean UAE driving license (with a spotless driving record).
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a valet or professional driver, preferably within a hospitality or healthcare setting.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles of various makes and sizes.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods during shifts, and comfortably lift or assist with wheelchairs/luggage if necessary.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
