Job Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage different financial tasks efficiently and contribute to the overall financial health of the medical center.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping

Record and maintain all financial transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate financial reports for management to review and make informed decisions.
Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Compliance and Audit Support

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Financial Controls

Monitor operational costs and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Utilize accounting software effectively and safeguard the confidentiality of financial information.

Qualification & Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations .
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
