Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Al Ain. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the budgeting process. The role will also include performing account reconciliations and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and ledger management
  • Experience in financial compliance and regulatory standards
  • Skills in budgeting, account reconciliation, and cash flow analysis
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or similar is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
