Accountant

As a Healthcare Accountant, you will be the financial backbone of our operations. Your expertise will ensure that every dirham is accounted for, every report is accurate, and every decision is backed by reliable financial insight. By managing budgets, analyzing costs, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, you will directly support our mission to deliver high-quality care efficiently and sustainably.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports in compliance with healthcare accounting standards.
• Monitor and reconcile patient billing, insurance claims, and third-party payments to ensure timely collections.
• Track departmental budgets and provide variance analysis to help leaders make informed decisions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to forecast costs for medical equipment, staffing, and facility upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, healthcare regulations, and internal audit requirements.
