We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our therapy center. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in QuickBooks, invoice management, and insurance billing processes within a healthcare or therapy setting. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger. • Prepare, issue, and track invoices and receipts. • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records. • Handle insurance claims, submissions, and follow-ups to ensure timely reimbursements. • Maintain compliance with local accounting and tax regulations. • Support management with financial reporting and budget tracking. • Collaborate with the admin and clinical team for smooth billing operations. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a therapy setting. • Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory). • Experience dealing with insurance companies and e-claim processing. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
