Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Excel with advanced proficiency.
  • Support HR and finance teams with documentation and reporting tasks.
  • Handle routine administrative queries and provide general office support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
