HBG Medical Centre FZ LLC is a leading healthcare provider located in DHCC, committed to delivering exceptional medical care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction. We are currently looking for a well-presented, proactive, and professional Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors with a warm and professional approach.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
  • Ensure efficient enquiry management and conversion of leads from marketing and advertisements.
  • Maintain accurate records and support clinical staff in day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and patient care.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a assistant receptionist or CSR in a clinical/medical centre setting.
  • Prior experience in multi-specialty clinics preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills, well-groomed personality, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
