HIGH QUALITY HEALTH CONSULTANCY (HQHC) assists clients in achieving responsible growth in the healthcare sector through integrated service lines and deep health sector knowledge. Our multidisciplinary teams help clients understand and fulfill regulatory requirements, unlock new medical treatments with data analytics, and meet stakeholder needs. We work continuously to improve service quality, investing in our people and innovation. Expertise includes processing new DHA licenses, renewals, cancellations, and transferring professional licenses efficiently. Additionally, we set up new facilities, including healthcare interior design, medical advertisements, and facility registration according to Dubai Healthcare rules and regulations (DHA, MOH, HAAD, and DHCC).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an Admin Officer – Healthcare Licensing. The Admin Officer will oversee the processing of new DHA licenses, renewals, cancellations, and transfers of professional licenses. The role also involves setting up new healthcare facilities, including planning and registration, ensuring compliance with Dubai Healthcare regulations (DHA, MOH, HAAD, and DHCC). The Admin Officer will liaise with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate processing of licensing and facility registrations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Dubai Healthcare Authorities (DHA, MOH, HAAD, DHCC) regulations and requirements
  • Experience in processing new, renewal, cancellation, and transfer of professional licenses
  • Skills in healthcare facility setup including interior design, medical advertisements, and facility planning
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and understanding of regulatory compliance is a plus
