About the Role

Paramy Poly Clinic, a healthcare clinic based in Dubai, is looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Accountant to support and manage the clinic’s accounting and financial records.

This position is suitable for an accountant who is currently based in Dubai and is looking for a part-time collaboration with a fixed monthly salary. The successful candidate should be confident in managing day-to-day accounting tasks and must be familiar with QBM accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the clinic’s accounting records accurately
• Record and organize daily financial transactions
• Monitor clinic income and expenses
• Maintain proper records of payments, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Reconcile financial transactions and ensure that all records are accurate and up to date
• Prepare regular financial reports and summaries when required
• Monitor outstanding payments and financial records
• Support the management with clear and organized financial information
• Ensure that all accounting documents and records are properly maintained
• Use QBM accounting software for the clinic’s accounting and financial management
• Coordinate with the clinic management regarding accounting-related matters

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and financial record management
• Must be familiar with and able to work with QBM accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage accounting responsibilities efficiently
• Reliable, responsible, and professional
• Must be based in Dubai

Working Arrangement

This is a part-time collaboration and does not require a full-time working schedule. The accountant will be responsible for managing the clinic’s accounting requirements and coordinating with the management as needed.

Salary

AED 1,000 per month – fixed monthly salary
