Job Summary

Dr Sabah Al Sakban Medical Center is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Beauty Therapist with valid DOH License/Eligibility to join our aesthetic and dermatology team. The candidate should have experience in advanced skincare treatments, facial therapies, and aesthetic procedures while maintaining high standards of hygiene, patient safety, and professional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and skincare treatments including:
• Deep cleansing facials
• HydraFacial
• Acne and anti-aging treatments
• Chemical peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Skin rejuvenation procedures
• Laser hair removal assistance
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatment plans and skincare products.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and clients before procedures.
• Educate clients regarding pre- and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and DOH guidelines.
• Operate aesthetic and skincare equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with dermatologists, nurses, and aesthetic doctors for patient care.
• Maintain professional communication and high patient satisfaction.
• Support clinic revenue through ethical promotion of treatments and skincare products.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of treatment areas and equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility as Beauty Therapist / Laser Therapist.
• Diploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics.
• Knowledge of skincare products, facial treatments, and aesthetic devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hydrafacial, RF, laser, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards.
• Good sales and consultation skills.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
