Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai for a Bilingual Laser and Beauty Therapist. The role involves performing advanced beauty and laser treatments, ensuring client safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Responsibilities include evaluating client needs, preparing treatment plans, maintaining hygiene standards, educating clients on post-treatment care, and staying updated on the latest beauty and laser technologies. Collaborating with other team members to maintain high service standards is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in performing advanced laser and non-surgical beauty treatments, with thorough knowledge of proper usage and safety protocols.
  • Strong skills in client consultation, assessment, and creation of customized treatment plans based on individual skin and beauty needs.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
  • Commitment to hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe environment for clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and build trust with clients.
  • Experience with operating advanced beauty equipment and knowledge of emerging industry trends and regulations.
  • A valid DHA license for laser and beauty therapy is required. Additional certifications in related treatments are a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
