Brand Manager - Aesthetic Clinic

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead and strengthen the brand presence of our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, driving patient engagement, and supporting business growth across digital and offline platforms.

The candidate should have strong experience in branding, campaign management, social media marketing, and the aesthetic/beauty/wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage overall brand positioning and clinic visibility in the market
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers
  • Coordinate with social media, content, and design teams for branding activities
  • Monitor digital marketing performance and patient engagement metrics
  • Create strategies to increase lead generation, patient conversion, and retention
  • Ensure brand consistency across all branches and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the aesthetic industry
  • Collaborate with clinic managers and doctors for campaign planning
  • Manage influencer collaborations, PR activities, and partnerships
  • Track campaign ROI and prepare monthly marketing reports
  • Support events, launches, and promotional activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Branding, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branding or marketing, preferably in aesthetic clinics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
  • Experience in campaign planning and brand growth strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in aesthetic/dermatology/cosmetic healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and influencer marketing
  • Strong presentation and project management skills
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury customer experience
