CAD Architect Fitout draftsman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Interior Fit-Out Draftsman with strong experience in joinery detailing and shop drawings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and coordinating between joinery, marble, and interior design elements to ensure accurate execution on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for interior fit-out and joinery works.
• Develop joinery detailed drawings including furniture, cabinetry, wall paneling, and custom elements.
• Coordinate drawings between joinery, marble, and interior design packages.
• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Ensure all drawings are aligned with project requirements and site conditions.
• Prepare as-built drawings when required.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and site teams for technical coordination.
• Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior fit-out and joinery drafting.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings and technical detailing.
• Experience in coordination drawings (joinery, marble, ceilings, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is a plus.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods in fit-out works.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.

Work Location: In person
