Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day café operations, including staff supervision and service quality.
• Drive marketing initiatives and promotions to boost sales and visibility.
• Monitor inventory, supplier coordination, and cost control.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences and maintain hygiene standards.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the café team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in F&B management within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales growth strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
