Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our automotive garage team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, service bookings, follow-ups, inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience in customer service, and preferably knowledge of automotive service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service advisors
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle service status and feedback
• Explain garage services, promotions, insurance works, and offers to customers
• Maintain customer database and service records
• Coordinate with workshop and operations team for smooth customer handling
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Contact existing customers for periodic service reminders and promotions
• Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives

Requirements

• Arabic speaking candidate is mandatory
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic
• Previous experience in call center, customer service, or automotive industry preferred
• Knowledge of automotive garage services is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive garage or dealership environment
• Knowledge of insurance and vehicle repair process
• UAE experience preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
