Role Overview

We are seeking a highly competent Call Center Executive – Patient Relations with a medical or laboratory background who can effectively handle patient interactions, explain healthcare services, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling doctor consultation and IV therapy inquiries and capable of working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries with accuracy and empathy
  • Handle and convert queries related to doctor consultations, IV therapies, and home healthcare services
  • Coordinate and schedule home healthcare services across Dubai efficiently
  • Maintain and update patient records in the system with complete accuracy
  • Communicate and coordinate with doctors, nurses, and operations teams
  • Ensure adherence to company protocols and healthcare service standards
  • Provide clear explanations of medical services, procedures, and treatment options
  • Achieve call handling, booking conversion, and patient satisfaction targets

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a home healthcare company in Dubai in a similar role (MANDATORY)
  • Medical, Nursing, or Laboratory background (MANDATORY) with prior experience in home country
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proven ability to handle tele-sales in medical services and convert leads into bookings
  • Advanced level of English communication (additional languages are a strong advantage)
  • Good knowledge of Dubai locations and service coordination

Technical Skills

  • Must be computer literate
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience using healthcare software / CRM / patient management systems

Work Conditions

  • Shift-based role (flexible timings required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand healthcare environment
