Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing appointments, offering support and information about our services, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Proficient in Computer Literacy
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in a healthcare or call center setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are an advantage

Salary Range :- 3500 to 4000 AED
