About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers in Arabic.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory ; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
