Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jeddah for a Call Center Supervisor. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for supervising call center operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing team performance, and analyzing call center metrics. The role involves providing guidance and support to the call center team, handling escalated customer issues, and implementing strategies to improve overall call center efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Team Management
  • Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills for assessing call center metrics and performance
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
