As a Barista at Calo Inc., you'll be responsible for creating exceptional coffee and beverage experiences while providing friendly, personalized customer service. Working alongside the Café Manager, you'll help ensure smooth daily café operations and uphold Calo's commitment to quality, healthy living, and outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages according to Calo's recipes and quality standards.

Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized drink recommendations.

Operate, clean, and maintain professional coffee machines and brewing equipment.

Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency with every order.

Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations.

Resolve customer concerns professionally while creating a positive dining experience.

Work closely with teammates to ensure fast, efficient service during busy periods.

Represent Calo's brand values by delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of barista experience in a café or coffee shop.

Certified Barista training is preferred.

Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso preparation.

Experience using commercial espresso machines.

Good English communication skills.

Friendly personality with excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From BD3,000.000 per month
